What are your session fees?
Affinity Counseling is a private pay practice, we do not bill insurance on behalf of clients.
Initial evaluations are approximately 50-60 minutes in duration. Intake assessments are $225.
Individual therapy session are approximately 45-50 minutes in duration. Session fees are $175. Extended sessions can be reserved by notifying your clinician and are billed in 15 minute increments.
Affinity Counseling Solutions LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
What is the cancellation policy?
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you to meet with your clinician. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled with 48 hours notice.
Cancellations with less that 48 hours notice will incur a fee of $125.
Missed sessions or a"No Show" will incur a fee of $125.
Do you bill insurance?
Affinity Counseling does not submit claims to insurance carriers.
Upon request you will be provided with a “Superbill” that you may elect to submit to your insurance carrier to request consideration for reimbursement.
